One of Hitachi’s most popular nailers, and for good reason. It’s practically impossible to jam and fires a rapid three nails per second. At first gander, it appears heavy and unwieldy, but in hand, it’s amazingly well-balanced and comfortable, and Hitachi’s nailers are among the most reliable we’ve seen. It runs off air pressure of 70 to 120 psi, delivering plenty of “pow” even at the lower end. Hitachi recommends this model for floor and wall framing, truss build-up, window build-up, construction of subflooring and roof decking, wall sheathing, and mobile home and modular house construction.
